Cannot send offers to watchers
I decided to try out the "send offers" option for items with watchers. Some listings did not give me that option. I checked archives and it may be that if watchers have been watching for more than a specified time they cannot be sent an offer. Is that correct? Not a big deal; not ranting here, just wondering.
All of you are the greatest and thanks for what you do. Hands down this is one of the best websites.

·2 years agoIf you have offers that can't be sent it is because the buyers opted out of receiving offers. It has nothing to do with the length of time a watcher has been watching.
