Cannot remove the 'Dispatch Now' marker after items posted

So, I sold 3 x items on my account to the same seller. Two were 'free postage' items, and one required postage to paid by purchaser. As all items were low value and light, I sent all x 3 in one envelope to the purchaser, using the ebay generated Tracked 48 postage label. Trouble is, this only marked the one (postage paid by seller) item as dispatched, and the other two items remain shown as 'Dispatch Now' over a week later, even though they have been.

I cannot, as I used to be able to do, pre-Simple Delivery era, use the drop-down menu and mark the items as 'Dispatched'; it no longer seems to be an option, and neither does the system allow me to add or share the tracking reference from the sent item's label on to the 'Dispatch Now' items.

So, help, how do I update the status of the items as 'Dispatched'?
