Cannot found the right person to talk :(

I found my listing limit descreased over half since last weekend, however I cannot found anyone from ebay to communicate and know what happened. Also last night I notice one of my item got removed because of Counterfeit item policy, but the item removed is 100% real product which I have the invoice from the distributor which I got the movie with. For this I also cannot found a right person to talk and provide the referral.

What can I do now?

You can try the social media routes as Robbie suggested. I would not take chances relisting the product as that could cause much bigger problems. Good luck.

I'd recommend you talk to eBay via their social media support ( they are more trained than the call back/chat)
