Cannot add used condition to draft listing.

Question

I am creating a new listing for a used item. My only option to select for the condition is new. I have no option to select anything else. This is the case in the app and in browser. Neither work.

Thank you very much. I am sure I bought it from eBay in the first place second hand so they must have changed that. Would have been helpful if it had said somewhere! Anyway thanks for taking the time to get back to me and I have listed it elsewhere.

You can only sell brand-new car seats in their original packaging on eBay. eBay's Product Safety Policy explicitly prohibits the sale of used infant and child car seats due to strict liability and safety regulations.

Let me guess - you are attempting to list a bottle of perfume that is partially full.

According to eBay’s cosmetics and perfume policy, sellers generally cannot list used perfumes or partially filled bottles, particularly in the Health & Beauty category. While new, sealed, or unused items are permitted.

There is no pre-owned or used, in the condition drop down - it has to be new.
