Cancelled sale by Ebay because of non-payment

Ebay cancelled a sale of mine, which combined 11 items. The items were not relisted and now on my feedback page all of these items are still there. I cannot find a way to delete them and Ebay's AI doesn't have a way to even ask them.

·2 weeks ago · EditedWhen Ebay cancels a sale, you get an email from them telling you that this is what they did. What EXACTLY did that email say? You can post it here, but black out any account info on it.
Typically when Ebay cancels a sale, it is because they saw something suspicious on the buyer's account or activity. The email tells you they will be crediting you for any FVFs charged to you as well. But you don't get charged fees until the buyer pays.
How old were the transactions? When did the sales happen? Do you have your Site Preferences set up to Cancel orders that are not paid after a certain amount of time?

The seller does not want to leave positive comments for unpaid or cancelled transactions on their Leave Feedback screen. https://www.ebay.com/fdbk/leave_feedback
You have to look at these for 90 days, until they age off of the screen. Can eBay give the seller the option of deleting these transactions off of their screen?

·2 weeks agoI agree the 60 day window for leaving is correct. The 90 day window to display on the Leave Feedback screen is the issue. The seller does not want to leave feedback for cancelled/non paying transactions. They don't want to look at them for 90 days either.

·1 week agoI don't have that happening. I do not have any transaction that hasn't had feedback left stay past 60ish days. That is odd.

·2 weeks agoYou might have it set it up where eBay will automatically cancel at the 96 hour mark if unpaid. That’s an option – I don’t use it but some love it.
Regardless, those “sales“ will stay on your awaiting feedback page. It is odd, but eBay gives you the opportunity to tell the buyer what you think.

·2 weeks agoHave never heard of eBay cancelling a sale because of nonpayment. Haven't sold for awhile, but always thought that the seller was the one who had to cancel for nonpayment, which I believe that he can do after 3 days without having been paid. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

·2 weeks agoA lot has changed in the 20 years since you sold that one sewing machine. A lot. But you are correct that eBay doesn’t cancel for nonpayment – at least that’s my understanding. But I believe that it is a four day mark when a seller can cancel because of nonpayment. 96 hours.

·1 week ago@soh.maryl Sellers can select how many days they will wait for payment before the sale is automatically cancelled. The minimum time is 4 days and the maximum time is 30 days. I have mine set for 4 days and in the rare instance where a buyer does not pay after making an offer (I do not run auctions), eBay cancels the sale 96 hours to the minute after the sale occurred.
