Cancelled for Security Reasons?
I sold a trading card.... shipped it... he received it and now Ebay is saying that had to cancel that transaction. Does mean I lost my money and card on this transaction?

Ebay wont take it back.
The item has already been shipped.
No other action is necessary.

·10 months agoThe email should have told you what to do if you already shipped it. Typically they are wanting to stop the shipment but they realize it may have already been send. In those cases eBay will cover you, at least that's what they say they will do.

·10 months agoI would request a call, and then ask to speak to a trust and safety person (higher up than regular CS rep) and confirm your interpretation is correct and that they will back you. Lots of times ebay tells you one thing and says it will happen the way you think it should, and then it doesn't. Also ask for the phone call reference number and who you are speaking to for future reference if things go wonky.
