Cancellations

My buyer wanted to cancel an order. I canceled it and it processed with the refund being issued. A week later EBay says they couldnâ€™t cancel the order? The funds are still withdrawn from my account but the buyer didnâ€™t receive the refund?

Is the item marked as cancelled?
