Canceling sale
I had to cancel a sale because ebay sold item I no longer had. Was out of town when it sold. Once I found out it sold put in to cancel it and refunded the buyer's money. Can they report the item not getting to them?

·3 years agoI had an order that a bidder won (around Jan. 30 2023). I couldn't find the item and had to cancel. Item has now been found and I want to find the bidder to let them know! (To be fair to them).
How do I find that person? (I have no emails or info. to get ahold of them).
Don't know how to find that info. and/or transaction on eBay??
Can anyone help?
