I am unable to purchase a shipping label. The buyer has already paid and ebay is holding funds.
I need to cancel the sale.
My question is, Do i select "Cancel Order" or "Send Refund"

·2 years agowhy are you unable to purchase a shipping label? if your cant because it there is a problem with the address you can cancel for that reason. some put to many characters on one line and it will not print. this could be fixed. some people are just to dumb that they don't know were they live..

Why? Do you mean you're unable to print one? You can fill out a shipping label at the post office and pay the shipping cost there.
Why do you need to cancel? Did the buyer request it?
If not you can print a label, the funds will be deducted from your pending or on hold funds. Or if you really want to cancel your only option is to cancel as Out of Stock, but you will get a defect on your seller account and that is not good.
