·11 months agoThe Global Shipping Program was dropped in favour of the eBay International Shipping (eIS) program a couple of years ago.
I'm in Canada and just checked your auction* for a Franklin book. There is no indication that there is any problem with shipping here.
You can check yourself by changing your location. I would suggest Ottawa ON and K1A 0A6 (It's our Parliament Buildings and the House of Commons.)
*Is this a special edition for collectors? Why have an auction on a mass produced item like this?
