Can you cancel an order from a buyer you know circumvented block
Since the only reason that is relatively close is 'problem with address' since buyer at that address has been blocked; then created a new ID to purchase. I also figure I would 'report'?
Thoughts??

·3 weeks ago · EditedIMO that reasoning is way too subtle to help you, and may put you at risk for the same strike you are trying to avoid, or worse.
Ebay is not noted for subtlety and shows little appreciation when sellers attempt to use it.
If you are going to do it, combine it with reporting the buyer for attempting to bypass the block

·3 weeks agoIf you are sure it is the same address, it is fine to cancel using that reason - but, report the buyer first, then cancel.
If you are not 100% sure it is the same buyer, you can have eBay call you. The rep will be able to verify, make a note on your account, and you then report the buyer and cancel.
