Can seller cancel order when offering only UPS shipping and buyer with PO BOX address buys item? A more expensive item ($200) sold to a buyer with only a PO Box address. However, as seller, I offered only UPS shipping, due to the recent USPS shipping delays. Can I cancel the order based upon "problem with address"? The UPS doesn't ship to PO Boxes. Thanks
