I have a friend who is listing an item that exceeds the maximum value of the NEW default ebay shipping (he was previously enrolled in Global Shipping which according to him did not have a $$$ limitation). ebay is automatically enrolling him in the NEW EIS, In their limitations:Items are eligible for export and the cost doesn't exceed $500 USDHe has items that exceed the maximum.....His question was, if he does not have any international option available (Since GSP is ending), is his item still visible across the pond and in Australia, or does he need to manually add an international option for the visibility? Cliff Notes: Do you have to have international shipping enabled to be viewed worldwide?
