Can I contact eBay and avoid an MC011 for selling more than I normally do? | Selling

Recently cleaned out a hoarder house and I'm prepping to post a few hundred items (a lot of NIB toys) from the place, along with a lot of my own gaming stuff I'm tired of cluttering up my house. I've sold on eBay before, but only in 30-40 item lots at most - more often 10-20, and I haven't sold anything on eBay since 2017. A post scrolled across my feed about how eBay locked down their account with an MC011 for doing a "suspicious" amount of business for its history, and it seems to be a common thing. Is there any way to avoid it by contacting eBay beforehand? It seems like a hassle, especially if they (apparently) delete auction listings by slapping one with an M011. Thanks for any advice y'all can give!
