Can buyers change their feedback?
A buyer was a watcher of my paw paw seeds, I sent an offer. Buyer messaged saying he wasn't able to buy more than one, and wanted 10. He ended up placing 2 orders, 1 for 1, 1 for 9. I cancelled the 1st order for 1 seeds, sent 10 seeds. Buyer said it was more than fair. This was March 24, seeds were delivered March 28. I messaged the buyer, he said " No I received them and thanked you for them. I left a good feed back for you. I just left 1 for someone else that I didn't receive the flower seeds." . I sent the screenshot showing it's on me and asked him to change it if he's able to.
Will he be able to??

·2 years agoYou would need to send the buyer a "Feedback Revision Request."

OP2 years agoOh, and the buyer left the feedback for the pack of 10 after receiving it - "Thanks again it was a pleasure doing business with you. Now with a little luck they will all grow, and I'll have Paw Paw trees.. Everyone should be as fair as you are. ", and today left the negative feedback on the cancelled order.
It seems to me if an order is cancelled, feedback shouldn't be able to be left.
