Can anyone figure this out?
I clicked on my "view listings" then on "sold items".
I have the sort set to "most recent"
It brings up a list of items I sold recently but mixed in with them is a item I sold back in August 2025.
It caught my eye because I know I haven't sold one recently.
It's the sugar-free pineapple candy.
Any idea why it's mixed in with my more recent sales?

·6 months agoYeah, I didn't even see your reply as it wasn't there when I was writing a response. You pretty much had it except for the "multi quantity" because in reality you can use the out of stock setting even if you sell mostly one-offs. But you got the main points - end date vs last sale date. 🙂
Edit: technically, you don't even need to use the out of stock setting for it to happen. It can be a multi quantity listing, but you'd have to end it with stock for this to happen. For example you list a quantity of 10, you sell 4, you end the listing because it went stale. It will appear in order of end date, but will display the last sale date. If you let it run until it sells out then sale date and end date will match and this won't happen.
So two ways are correct:
- Multi quantity listing ended with stock remaining whether using the OOS setting or not
- Any quantity (single or multi) ended without stock on a date different from the last sale date while using the OOS setting

·6 months agoGive me a challenge @inhawaii . This is an easy one. 😉
- The listing ended after 6 full renewals being out of stock.
- It appears in the order of the time stamp when the listing ended.
- However the date displayed is the date of the last sale.
You sold out Aug 11, listing renewed Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, then ended in Feb after 6 full cycles because it was never restocked.

·6 months agoI think it has something to do with having multi quantity option which keeps a listing active when out of stock. When you end the listing it then comes up as sold with the last sold date. Something like that showed up for me with a bunch of stemware sold in twos. Never showed in the sold as it sold, only showed sold when I ended the listing.

don't know why that Feb date doesn't show up.....
