Can’t send offers to buyers, “this ID has been suspended or no longer registered userâ€
Hello,
I have been selling for a few years on eBay and today encountered something new. I have 14 watchers on an item. When I go to send an offer to them, all of a sudden it says send to 15 watchers. And when i go to send the offer a red box pops up saying "This user ID has been suspended or is no longer a valid user IDâ€. I do not know how to get around this to send the offer

·2 years agoIf they have been suspended, that would mean they cannot buy anyway, regardless of whether or not you can send an offer.

·2 years agoYou probably can't get around it. One of the watchers has been NARU'd as we say on the forums (Not A Real User) and the others may have already received offers on it or are ineligible, or else there's a glitch because of the one bad user. Just wait and try again in a week or so, to see if it's able to send them. I often run into problems with seller offers because of similar situations, though usually it doesn't give me that type of detail.

OP2 years agoYeah must be a glitch because of the one fake or suspended user as this is a brand new listing and I haven’t sent any offers out on the item yet. Hmm
