Can’t contact buyer for refund
Hello! I’ve been having some issues trying to get in touch with a buyer to send them a refund. In the middle of entering refund information, the website reloaded with a message that said “ We ran into a problem. Please go back and try again.†This, and other error messages, have happened every time I try to contact the buyer or get a refund for them. Is there a fix to this?

If you have a transaction with this buyer, you should be able to give them a partial or full refund. Find the order and then select the correct option from the options on the left.
