When I got a call back from eBay customer service there was no sound on the other end and then I was disconnected. This happened twice. Then I asked my sister to also request a call back and the same thing happened to her. Soon after we both received this message from eBay:
"We tried to contact you, but weren't able to reach you at the phone number on file, because either: The call was not answered The call reached a voicemail The call reached a busy signal The number called was wrong or disconnected eBay’s Customer Service phone number is blocked on your device Spam filters enabled on your device blocked the call"
I suspected maybe another ebay outage or issues and there are issues happening today May 26, 2026:
