I believe you can take it to the post office and they can add postage "stamps" to it, but it may cause some tracking issues since the tracking isn't accurately paid for. Best to void the label and print a new one with the correct postage
Can I pay for more postage if my eBay sell doesn’t have enough postage on prepaid label?
Not when using that label, no, and you will not be able to buy more postage at the front counter because the post office cannot charge you the retail difference against your on-line purchase.
Void that label you have purchased (it will be 2-3 weeks until USPS credits you for the unused label), correct your package dimensions and weight, then buy a fresh label.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.104View listings
If you don't put enough postage on the package, i.e., if you use a disallowed service for the item or if you claim the weight isn't as much as it is, USPS will notify ebay and ebay will charge your account. <---That's the best case scenario. What they sometimes do is to ship the item to the buyer with postage due and if that happens, the buyer can rightly refuse delivery and get a refund.
You will pay the postage by inputting these 2 things:
Weight
Dimensions
Then, WHATEVER the system says you need to pay is exactly what you will pay.
There is no way for it to NOT have enough postage unless you did NOT input those 2 things correctly; then the post office can either return it to you where you get nothing back on what you paid or your buyer will be faced to pay the additional to the Delivery Person when it's delivered. This decision will be up to the carrier.
