Buyers cant buy despite being in the same country
I’ve had two different buyers say they can’t buy my item because I don’t ship internationally however we’re both uk based.
thid happened on one listing and now on one more.
is there something im doing wrong? Thank you

·6 months agoIt's possible they're browsing ebay.com instead of ebay.co.uk. I couldn't see your listings that way even if I specified available to the UK, but when I switched to the UK site they showed up.

·6 months agoIf you are selling on the .com site, then domestic shipping is to the US. You will need to set up international shipping, I believe, to ship to buyers outside the US, even if you are both located in UK. Domestic shipping to the UK will require you list on the .UK site
Best to ask on the .UK board as to the best way to set up shipping as those are the sellers who do this
