Hi, I being having some issues when buyers buy an item and then decide to return it and they are choosing the option item does not match the description so to get free return and I have to refund the original shipping cost. I am dealing with some of this buyer that may had found a loop hole in the system so they return the item, I pay for the return shipping label and then I have to refund the original shipping cost that they paid, in other words, I am wasting my time and I am loosing profits. anyone had this issue?
