How do I respond to this? its only been 5 6 days and went through a week-end. Hi there. This patch had not been delivered to the address listed nor can the USPS post office locate this item. It appears as though you have joined forces with the eBay mail fraud service and you’ll need to issue a refund unless you and or eBay can verify the delivery. The burden of proof is in you, friend because tampering with the mail, whether public or private service is a Federal offense and very much prosecutable. This purchase that I made for my disabled brother, who fought for our freedoms, was monumental for his 50th birthday. Why would you agree to steel from disabled military veterans? That’s pure evil. The Lord sees you and will not forgive that sin, my friend! Special place in purgatory for you! It is not even about the $6.00 . It’s the principle of the patch, of great significance, for a disabled, USA 🇺🇸 military veteran. You need to correct this immediately. I already have eBay mail scam number 1 documented with bogus USPS tracking. Now this one, and all it takes is one more for me to have you and eBay shredded for this malfeasant and egregious scam. I’d love to read your cowardice response. Thanks bunches! Andrea. | |

·3 years agoJust recently I had two first class envelopes containing checks appear to be lost in the mail. It took three weeks for one to get delivered and almost four for the other. The mails are a mess right now afaic. When did you mail this item?

·3 years agoDid you send it with a tracking number? If so then what does the tracking show? If not then this is the type of folderall you will get for not using a racking number.
Yes, his note is really over the top.
I would respond in the most neutral tone possible:
This was mailed (insert date) by (insert class of mail). I will contact my post master and ask him to put a trace on it. I will let you know what I find.
AND THAT'S IT. Do not even try to address any comment he made. NEVER feed a TROLL!!!!!
