Buyer who opened up a return request is no longer a registered user
I'm not sure how to explain it more than I have in the subject line. Buyer claimed that the processor he bought from me was defective, so I accepted his demand to do a return, and sent him a shipping label to return the item. Now, if I click on his profile, the box pops up that says they are no longer a registered user, but the return process is still going, and wont stop.

·3 years agoIf a return label has NO scan in 19 days, (14 + a 5 day extension) it is considered an Abandoned Return. The case is closed in your favor and you are Not charged for the return label.
If a return label has ANY scan in 19 days, extensions totaling 35 additional days beyond the 19 days are added. You are charged for the label when it is scanned.

Starting April 1, 2020, we will no longer close returns early at the request of a seller when the buyer has not shipped the item back.
