Buyer wants to cancel sale, but somehow I do not enough funds?
I sold something for $129. Shortly after, I get a cancelation request from the buyer. I have no problem with this, but...
The amount owed is more than what is in my funds and it wants me to add a payment method to cover it
(the total owed comes to $109.21 and I only have $91.92).
Where did that $17.29 I am missing come from? I do not understand how I am missing money since the buyer's payment is still processing and I did not spend it.

It was a promoted listing (General). Now that I think about it, that is where that fee is coming from now? I do not get it refunded too?

·11 months agoIf you don't have the avaliable funds, you have to provide a funding source to cover the rest of the refund.
Is the $17.29 your fee's?
Your fee's will be refunded.

·11 months agoImmediate cancel or refunding a buyer comes out of your 'available funds' in seconds while buyer funds are still processing.
A negative 'available funds' will disappear after buyer's funds are processed and put into your 'available funds'.
Whenever you cancel a sale request...wait 3 days for the funds to process.
