Buyer states my item says it won't ship to Hawaii, but I can't find any restrictions on my end?
Hi all, so basically I had a buyer message asking how much it would cost to ship an item to HI, which is how I figured out that if you enter a Hawaiian address, my item/account says it can't ship to a Hawaiian address. I only have UPS listed as a shipping option, would it be helpful if I added a USPS option (I can do USPS for this item)? I went into my shipping preferences and it does not show any exclusions to any places that I can tell. Anyone know what's going on? (Also, as an additional issue--I've attempted to add USPS to the listing, but I keep receiving the "Global Error Page/XS_CALL_ERROR, 'Well, this is embarrassing...'" every time I attempt to edit the listing. Not sure what's going on with that.)

OP1 year agoThanks so much @inhawaii @wastingtime101 @eburtonlab @albertabrightalberta everyone for the info. I’ll update shipping as soon as the listing stops giving me errors (if it does, still not sure what’s up with that).
And @susanb1872 thanks for the note—I can’t believe I never caught that typo 🤦ðŸ»â€â™€ï¸.

FWIW, I checked another listing, put in a Honolulu zip code and did get a $5.38 media mail price.

·1 year agoIs there some reason you are not sending it USPS Media Mail? Just a side comment- Keanu is spelled without the "e" on the end. Probably won't make a difference in the search.

·1 year agoFor me, shipping is not set up. It says contact the seller for a shipping quote. So it has something to do with how you have the listing set up.

·1 year agoBy USPS Ground Advantage: yes
By UPS Ground Saver: no
With USPS, Ground service really means surface transportation. In other words, item will often travel by ship instead of by air. Ground Advantage packages can/do travel by air sometimes unless restricted to ground (surface) transportation only - like hazmat - which this book is not.

·1 year agoUPS Ground Saver doesn't ship to Hawaii @bluemoon1962 so you'll need to add an option like one of the USPS services.
