Buyer started a return… said they recieved wrong card
Buyer bought 4 cards in one day… all 4 cards were shipped the following day…buyer claims I sent the wrong card…says they did not receive the 1/1 card but recieved a 3/5 card…but funny… they left buyer feedback a week ago… 1/1 card… fast delivery….how do I handle the dispute

·7 months agoThe buyer leaving you positive feedback has nothing to do with anything.
If the buyer says a card is missing, it's missing.
That's how ebay is going to see it.
Give a partial refund (if you both can agree on one) -or- accept the return and have the buyer return the order for a full refund. DO NOT refund until you get the order back.
