I Sell products. General Merchandise at low prices. Some items will automatically carry Tracking and some don't (unless the Buyer pays for it). I have NEVER been scammed on items with Tracking. 100% of the times we've been scammed involved a low cost item shipped without tracking (simply not worth adding tracking to). By looking at the related Buyer accounts, these are accounts opened years back, with little to no activity in recent time. It is obvious that these are ghost or hacked accounts some type of scammer or scammer group use to hurt Sellers like us. Will Ebay ever look and investigate who these Buyers and account owners are? I can only hope.
