A buyer purchased a pair of earrings, then after it arrived decided they did not like them. They then initiated a refund which I accepted. After I accepted they replied that they would actually like to keep the earrings and that I can re-bill them for the price of the earrings.Does anyone have experience with a situation like this? Is it a scam? How would I re-bill them after they have already been refunded??Thanks.
