Buyer Reports after 2 weeks (they likely damaged product) to get a $15 REFUND
Buyer wanted a poartial refund after 2 weeks. They likely damaged it themselves and were looking for something for nothing. We were compassionate aBOUT THE REQUEST TO PURCHASE AT A LOWER PRICE. ( iT HAPPENS EVERY TIME SO IT SEEMS, WHEN YOU GO out of your WAY to help out what seems to be a sincere buyer. They were reude and defensive when I began questioning their motive for a refund. I professionally handed it right back to them stating WHY her request was invalid. We have been an eBay Top rated seller for over 2 decades and bend over backwards to help out our Musch appreciated customers. Let me know if you can identify... WHEW--- something for nothing... If you want to know the buyer- send me a message.
Best regards fellow sellers ๐

ยท4 months agoTo start off we do not need to know the buyer. Provided personal information is against policy. Buyers and sellers are random so chances are none of us will deal with this person anyway. Ok with that being said I would have told the buyer file an "Item not described" case and return the item for a full refund. I wouldn't give partial refunds in this case. Majority of the time things go smoothly unfortunately this time it didn't. Yes you will find that buyers who push for better deals or ask a lot of questions can become an issue which is recommended not to deal with them. Sellers make a mistake by caving into buyers before the transaction is made not realizing things can become a problem once delivered and at that time it's too late.
