Buyer refuses to give the correct pin to unlock my phone. Ebay has closed the case without insuring
I sold a phone to a customer. Customer stated phone Imea was not correct? This made no sense, so I had them return it. Item returned had the charger and cable missing as well charge receptacle was damaged. I was able to finally charge it, but he installed a pin. The pin he sent was not correct and now ebay closed the case returned his monies and I have a phone that is useless. Tried ebay phone for self help but it says " case closed goodbye"

·2 years agoIf you bought the phone new and still have the receipt, the shop that you purchased it from will usually reset it for you.

·2 years agounfortunately there is not much that you can do, cell phones are a high risk category to sell on ebay
