The buyer received a full refund because the item did not show up, then the item showed up, does the buyer have to return the item to me?

·3 years agoIt would be nice if the buyer agreed to send it back to you -or- pay for it.
But the buyer is not required to.
Ebay will not take back the refund and ebay can not MAKE the buyer return it.
