Buyer Received Item But Wasnt Marked as Delivered

Hey all, newer seller. Does anyone know what to do in this situation? After my item sat marked as shipped for a long time I messaged the buyer just for them to tell me that they had received it already. So, it's just sitting in limbo as "shipped" and not "delivered". I wasn't given a tracking number, do I contact USPS? I also saw a post about funds being released if there is no issues reported anyway after a certain amount of days. Today would be 19 since I shipped it.

If you shipped through ebay the tracking should of been added automatically, if you did not go through ebay you should of added the tracking when you shipped.

As far as not being scanned delivered, that happens occasionally and it will not be a problem other than holding up payment unless the buyer claims they did not get the item
