Buyer received item after refunded
I recently sold an item to an international buyer. The item was lost with no tracking for a week and the buyer requested a refund. I opened a find package search with USPS, but had no luck. The package resurfaced in tracking as it was being handed off to the international shipping service. The buyer received item, but does not wish to return it due to the expense and complexity to do so, and there is no way for them to pay me as the item is considered refunded and closed. I’ve tried eBay’s seller service but this case is too complicated for it. I would like to talk to a person about how to get paid for this item.
Any suggestions?

·10 months agoIf you shipped using EIS, all you had to do was get it to the US hub.
Once it reaches there, Ebay handles everything else.

·10 months agoOne thing I found out with a similar situation is that USPS first class international does not track outside this country. File a claim over the phone it seems to work in your favor more often. Just go to HELP open chat and request a phone call over and over until they call you.

·10 months agoDid it make it to the EIS center? If so there was no need for you to refund as EIS would have taken care of any problem and refund. If it didn't make to the EIS center till after a case was opened and close, you need to send a PayPal invoice to the buyer if possible.
