buyer opened a case for a product that did not arrive
Hello, I have an inquiry just to make sure. A buyer opened a case for a product that did not arrive. When I contacted the buyer, he sent me this message:
Someone must have received the package and confirmed receipt in writing. Get the documents somehow. When should the package have been delivered
But the shipment tracking number shows that the shipment was delivered to the buyer’s address without any problems. What is your advice? Thank you.

If this non-receipt claim was from the buyer of the $775 presentation box, please tell us you shipped with signature confirmation.
For items with total payment of $750 or more, there must be online viewable signature confirmation in order for the seller to win an INR (item not received) case.

·1 year agoYou are not responsible if someone else "steals package". As long as you provide EBAY with tracking# proving item was delivered (EBAY will rule in your favor).
This is what you need to do and it's very important....
Upload tracking that shows delivery to the buyers address into the case so it will be found in your favor .
Don't assume eBay knows because you bought a label on eBay they know what the tracking is ....they don't.
If you don't do this crucial step, you will lose the case and eBay will refund the buyer.
