Buyer of the week
This week's winner messaged me asking me if I can personalize it by etching initials on the item. I said no. Then they bought the item shortly after. In the buyer notes they said to etch the initials on it if possible. I told them it's not possible before on a Friday before sending it out on a Monday.
Today I get a SNAD return for the item saying they thought it was supposed to have their initials on it but when they received it, there are no initials. ðŸ˜‘

That’s another way of saying the cherry (aka feedback) would be removed (aka eating it for breakfast) once the return gets completed and closed. I felt the need to translate for the sarcastically impaired, don’t mean you tho.

·2 years agoDude, you got my old buyer! Had the same situation a few years ago except the difference is I cancelled their order, sent a message explaining why I cancelled, and they replied with something like, "OK." Not one thing on my listing indicated it could be personalized.
