Buyer of the week
This week's winner messaged me asking me if I can personalize it by etching initials on the item. I said no. Then they bought the item shortly after. In the buyer notes they said to etch the initials on it if possible. I told them it's not possible before on a Friday before sending it out on a Monday.
Today I get a SNAD return for the item saying they thought it was supposed to have their initials on it but when they received it, there are no initials. 😑

·2 years agoif you do get a negative, you can probably have it removed as buyer wanted something not included...

OP2 years agoYea but ebay feedback removals have been really whacky these days according to these boards.

·2 years agoI wouldn't have shipped. But hopefully this odd individual will just return your item and leave your FB alone.

OP2 years agoI eat them cherries for breakfast!! 😡
That’s another way of saying the cherry (aka feedback) would be removed (aka eating it for breakfast) once the return gets completed and closed. I felt the need to translate for the sarcastically impaired, don’t mean you tho.

·2 years agoDude, you got my old buyer! Had the same situation a few years ago except the difference is I cancelled their order, sent a message explaining why I cancelled, and they replied with something like, "OK." Not one thing on my listing indicated it could be personalized.

·2 years agoProbably found a site or local they could get the initials, but yours was already on the way (NOT a good reason) but? what can you do. Some people.
