Buyer no longer registered user, but I already shipped and it's been delivered
Sold a BIN item on Dec 11, buyer (with 377 fb 100%) paid right away, I printed the ebay label and shipped it with tracking. It was delivered Dec 14. No problem, right?
Today I get an email that says the buyer's account is no longer registered and not to send the item. WTH? It's already paid for, shipped and delivered. BUT the $$ has not shown up in my account. Does this mean eBay isn't going to pay me for it even though the buyer paid?
" If payment was processed, a refund has not been issued yet just in case you’ve already shipped the item.If you already sent the item, contact the shipper to find out if you can stop the delivery and have the item returned to you."
The item number is Item ID: 126232506341 but the page is missing.
I mostly buy things here; thought I'd sell a few things for Christmas.

·2 years agoThere is likely nothing to worry about. Stuff like this happens from time to time. I know I've dealt with many over the years. I've never had a single one of these transactions go south. I kept the money they paid and they got what they ordered.

·2 years agoI don’t quite understand why you were not paid already. Is it because you are a new seller as you stated you don’t usually sell and there is a 30 day hold on your funds

·2 years agoUnder the Payments tab in Seller Hub, check Transactions and see if there is information there pertaining to a payment hold.
Weird that eBay would suggest to recall the shipment since that is not free to the seller.
If it had not been delivered, that is not a bad idea if it was a expensive item.

·2 years agoAs long as you have Delivered tracking you should be fine.
That email is a little confusing and doesn't know if it was sent or not and eBay wants you to not send or intercept.
However I never intercept because it costs money and just let it get delivered. Not once have I lost a dime over it.
