Buyer lied to get discount, can I cancel order
Buyer asked for a discount because they said they gonna buy several items and I will save on shipping, I agreed on this, they placed 3 orders, but paid only for 1 item and it’s obvious they’re not going to pay for others, just the 1 with a discount that I wouldn’t give them for that. Can I cancel their order?

·3 years agoI wouldn't. You can always give a discount shipping refund on the others when they are paid....if paid within a reasonable timeframe...of mailing the first one. And I wouldn't email the back and forth with buyer. If they placed orders...assuming "committed to buy"...their credit card will be charged depending on how many days you have clicked into that.

·3 years agoIf they paid for it then you owe them the item.
If you cancel Out of stock/Damaged that adds a defect to your account.
If you use other reasons then they can make a complaint of abuse of canceling orders.
I would just take the L and ship what they paid for.
Wait the 4 days to file buyer did not pay cancellations, and then add to block list.

If buyer doesn't pay for the other 2 items purchased, buyer will receive the non payment strikes earned.
You can then also add buyer to your BBL list.

OP3 years agoI want to cancel their paid order because if they’re not buying more it is really low price, it will be shipping deadline tomorrow and I don’t know what to do. I will also cancel their other orders as ‘unpaid’
