Buyer left positive feedback before receiving item, now wants me to leave positive feedback for him
I sold an item recently and the buyer left positive feedback only minutes after paying. About an hour later they messaged me, "Hi please leave me a feedback i just purchased item thank you."
Why would they leave feedback so soon, and should I oblige to their request for positive feedback? I worry he's trying to get the item for free somehow, maybe I'm just paranoid? Let me know your thoughts, thanks everyone.

I honestly leave Positive feedback for all buyers, otherwise I would forgot, and they already done there part PAID! And for sellers I can leave positive feedback for the same reason, I do it all at once, also I would not buy from someone that I'm not sure if he is nice seller. That is what all about Feedback - it helps to see who are you dealing with. Like I said I leave feedback for all my buyers before items get shipped, so I do not have to come back again! Business is business, there other things, that you need concentrate, if you are heavy selling volumes, and I have not even mentioned about automatic eBay functions!
