Buyer Leaves Negative Feedback because he provided the wrong address
I just started selling a couple of weeks ago on ebay, I got hit with a negative feedback from a buyer because he claims he provided the wrong address to have his game delivered to. He only waited until 4 days later the day the game was delivered to message me and request I send it to his new address. He even admits in his feedback that it was technically his fault. My only question would be is this a pretty easy thing to get removed with ebay (I've already put in the claim) because I do not want it to effect my reputation or future top seller status application.
