Buyer keeping item, asking for money as credit
Hi all, asking for advice. Buyer bought a clothing item and messaged saying it didn’t fit. Asked for a refund. I replied to begin process though eBay. Buyer asked who would pay return shipping but then messaged again saying they would just keep it and give to someone else. Buyer then asked for a certain amount of money from me as “credit.â€
I reported the message to eBay as well with explanation of my concerns.
How else do I proceed from here? Thank you.

·1 year agoI'd offer them say $5 off an item they purchased from me within 30 days as long as they notified me before paying so I could adjust the price. Or (probably better) tell them your company doesn't allow that and that they can return it for a refund.
