Buyer Ghosted
Got a package returned for incomplete address. Messaged buyer and no response. Refunded item less shipping paid and still no contact from buyer. I have never had a buyer ghost me when a package came back. It has been a month - do you think I am good to relist?

·5 months agoCome back to us and tell us about it here when you relist and sell it then the original buyer contacts you immediately afterwards complaining and calling you a scam 😉

·5 months agoI've had it happen, even waited 6 months cuz it was a moving situation. Never heard a word & no contact. I actually left it packaged until it resold almost 2 years later. Still never heard from her. Not the only time it's happened either. Life gets crazy sometimes & people forget they ordered things. I like to wait a bit longer just to be nice, but you have no obligation to.

·5 months agoIf a package is undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address, and is returned to sender, the only thing to do is refund (you can subtract shipping) and relist at that point. Just send them a message stating it was returned to sender and that you gave them a refund and if they are still interested can repurchase with the correct shipping info. No need to wait for them to reply before relisting.

·5 months agoYes you could've relisted the item immediately after you refunded the buyer. Many reasons why this buyer never replied to your message. I've been in the same situation multiple of times.
