Buyer filed INR, I showed item was delivered, case was resolved in buyer's favor anyway??? | Selling

A buyer opened an INR a couple of days ago. I uploaded the tracking number into the INR, as well as typed the message that the item was delivered on February 22 to the address provided by the buyer. Today I get a message that the INR was resolved in the buyer's favor, and they refunded their money. WHAT?!?? What more could I have possibly done???
