Buyer Denied order when arrived
On December 19th, I messaged the buyer telling them that their item was returned back to me after it was delivered to their address. I never received a response. Now ebay is telling me that they want a refund. Mailing the package is almost what the item is even worth. I messaged the seller again explaining that I sent them the item for the second time. I have not heard back. I have followed ebays steps for asking ebay to step in, go to orders, returns/requests but when I click on see details there is not a report problem even listed.
I'm so over this.
Can someone help?!

·1 year agoHow did eBay tell you they want a refund? You reshipped after learning this? Now you are asking eBay to step in…on a case or what?
Having eBay step in is not a wise decision neither was resending the item the buyer obviously refused at delivery.
You are now without the item and pretty soon the money too.

·1 year ago'returned back to me'...sounds like a refusal...no refund needed to buyer...or maybe a problem with address.
'sent them the item for the second time'...mistake but OK...karma works sometimes.
No open claim...forget about it.

Depending on the reason you may or may not be required to refund the original shipping.

·1 year agoWhen the package was returned to you, you should have done nothing. You shouldn't have contacted the buyer. Let them contact you. If they want, they can file a INR (item not received) case. They will lose. You are not obligated to refund the buyer anything but most of us would refund the buyer LESS SHIPPING. Why did you send it back again?

OP1 year agoI sent the item one time and it was refused. Now it’s in my possessions . The item did not cost much, almost as much as the shipping would cost.

How are they asking for a refund? Do you mean they want to now return it?

OP1 year agoThey sent the order back. I still have it, but now they want a refund because they said they never received it. I listed a tracking number too.
