Buyer demanding refund
A buyer 17 days after purchase sent message were is my refund you must have received back by now. Never told me they want to return the item. And I have never received the item I have asked for the tracking number and mode they used to send the item back and as stated never requested a return what do I do

·8 months agoThis is a buyer who didn't follow the return process properly and unless they file a return request and you receive that item back using a return label there is nothing you have to do as far as refunding them.

·8 months agoIt sounds like they accidentally clicked the wrong listing on their Purchases page, to contact another seller who they actually returned something to.
It's really impossible for us to tell you anything to do, especially without knowing what the buyer's response to your message will be. -If they reply and they still seem to insist that they returned something to you, with or without providing a tracking number, come back and and update what exactly they said.
There is a small chance they are trying to pull some kind of scam, but if so it would be a really stupid one, ha.

·8 months agoDid you check the original tracking number to see if it was scanned 'return to sender'?
Did the buyer say they shipped it back with a separate tracking number?

What would I do?...Nothing...but that's me...and I wouldn't even bother with emails back and forth.
