I just sold an item to a buyer with a confuse address

As you can see It says USA but It's actually in Porto Rico
I messaged buyer twice without an answer. The dead line to shipping It is Jan 28
What should I do?

OP1 year agoIt's my first time sending something to Puerto Rico. I'm really not familiar with it. I didn't even know it was part of the USA.

I've always found it surprising how many people in the USA don't know they are part of the US, so don't feel bad.

Puerto Rico has been part of the USA for over 125 years.
The address you have looks correct for Puerto Rico. Do you have some information that tells you there is something wrong with it? Or is it just that you are familiar with how addresses look for Puerto Rico.
If this was my transaction, I'd ship the item on Monday.

·1 year agoSending a package to Puerto Rico via USPS is just like mailing a domestic package. PR is a US Territory and is part of the United States as far as the USPS mail is concerned.. (UPS and FedEx treat it as an international shipment.)

OP1 year agoI'm just confused about which country I should select for shipping because, on the Japan Post website, there are options for "United States" and also "Puerto Rico.
