Buyer claims package wasn't received and wants a refund
I sell hatching eggs and I have a buyer that claims their package was lost. I had two orders combined in the one package. I checked the tracking and it is said to have been delivered on time and the address was correct. The buyer then opened an item not received request and wants a refund. What should I do about this? I know there are people out there that may not be truthful.

·1 year agoBe sure to add the tracking number in the case, even though eBay already has it. The last time I dealt with an INR I was also able to add a message so just c/p the tracking info.

·1 year agoJust because a buyer opened a claim doesn't mean they will get a refund.
eBay let's buyers open claims like 'water from a faucet'...
Just add the tracking as such.
Block the buyer as well.

OP1 year agoYes I uploaded the tracking to both orders. It said it was delivered and left with an individual on both orders.
