Buyer claim that I sent parcel to the wrong address
So basically I sent the parcel via dpd to the buyer and dpd said it was delivered to the neighbour however he claims that I sent it to the wrong address. The door number shown on eBay before shipping and delivery and after is different on his eBay but the postcode is the same. I think he changed his door number. The buyers door number and the address I sent it too was not far so the buyer went to the delivered address however they say they do not have the parcel. Dpd have the parcel delivered with a picture to prove it but the individual who it was delivered to claims they don’t have it. What do I do in this situation?

If they delivered it to the wrong location, maybe USPS can recover it and get it to the buyer, otherwise you need to refund the buyer and open an insurance claim.

Did you ship the item with tracking?
If so, tell the buyer to open a claim for INR (item not received). Respond to the claim by copying and pasting the tracking number into the case. (You must respond to the case with tracking. Do NOT assume that because it's in the order that it'll transfer to the INR case.)

·6 months agoYou have to refund your buyer if you can't prove delivery. Have your buyer open a INR case, then any proof you have you would attach it to the case.
