Buyer can't buy

I had a buyer message me that they are unable to purchase from a multi item listing of napkins. I checked my Buyer Requirements Activity Log, and the reason is:

yet I don't have that set as one of my reasons in my buyer requirements

I have added them to my exemption list. Is there another setting I should be looking at?

If you made any changes to your settings, you will need to apply those changes to your active listings, otherwise the active listings maintain the setting at the time they were listed.

Indeed. OP's listing went live on Sept 2nd.

Do you remember changing the buyer requirements settings between Sept 2nd and today @anasazirose? If you made changes to your settings and didn't toggle the below switch that would explain why older listings still have your old settings applied.

I have made changes. However, I don't recall ever having used the quantity restriction. I must have overlooked the APPLY function last time, I did toggle it before posting Thank you.

No, that's the only setting. I would report that to CS with screenshots. Let us know if adding them to your exemption list works to get around whatever this issue is.
